What materials do you use?
We work with wood, acrylic, metal, glass and premium PLA/PETG filaments for 3D prints. Each product page lists the materials available.
How do I add custom engraving?
When you place an order, a customisation field will appear for eligible products. Simply type the text or design notes you would like included.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin crafting quickly! Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayFast, Yoco and instant EFT through our secure payment gateway.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within South Africa. International shipping is coming soon!
